1) When a member does not complete his/her assignment on time . . . .

  1. Have the beatings commence until the assignment is completed.

  2. Meet as a team and speak with that teammate in a positive to determine why the assignment was not handed in on time.

  3. Get with the team member and ask if they need any help. If so attempt to offer assistance.

  4. Even though team members know that assignments are important to everyone, make sure that they understand that by them not turning in their work it causes trouble for the rest of us.
